Stacey Winters

Stacey leads Deloitte’s Consumer practice across NSE. She has over 20 years’ experience of serving clients across all sectors of the Consumer industry and is focused on luxury retail. Stacey is a Risk Advisory practitioner by background, advising clients on strategic risk management to drive value creation and improve value protection.

She works with clients to give them the confidence to grow responsibly in a rapidly changing world, covering areas from digital risk and analytics to controllership, accounting and reporting, and climate & sustainability.

Stacey specialises in regulatory and compliance and is a renowned expert in global trade controls and sanctions. She has advised, implemented and operated complex global trade compliance programmes for clients around the world, specialising in the impact of export controls and how to transform the organisation to drive efficiency and meet global compliance obligations. Starting her career with Andersen in the US, she also lived in the Netherlands and Germany, and has worked extensively in France. Stacey is a qualified US Customs Broker and spent 16 years in the Tax practice before moving to Risk Advisory in 2011. She studied European Languages and Export Management at University in Edinburgh before her career began in Management Consulting.
