Tom Brunt

Tom is a partner is the Legal Management Consultancy team at Deloitte Legal, driving transformation of legal and contracting services. Tom’s practice focuses on helping clients to improve the delivery of legal and contracting services into the business. He works across Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT and Operations and has vast experience delivering change projects, including current state assessments of contracting operations, business case development, operating model design and implementation, centres of excellence set up, legal and contracting technology selection, templates simplification and harmonisation and process improvement.

He has several years’ experience working with General Counsel and Legal COOs to transform their in-house legal departments and has a particular interest in legal target operating model reviews, design and implementation of large scale transformation programmes, technology and analytics implementation, process mapping, legal risk management, law firm panel reviews, eDiscovery assurance and advisory services.

In addition to his legal transformation expertise, Tom is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA).
