Tim Grogan

Tim is a Transactions Assurance Partner and leads the Regional Public Interest Assurance business. He has over 19 years’ experience across a variety of sectors and organisations both locally and internationally specialising in high profile equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, IPO readiness assignments, equity raises and Class 1 acquisitions & disposals.

Tim also has significant experience of debt listings.

Tim sits on the North Regional Advisory Group for the London Stock Exchange, is a member of the NW CBI Council and was Chair of Pro Manchester during 2015/2016.

Tim was recognised as the NW Young Accountant of the Year in 2015.
