Tom is a Director at Market Gravity – a proposition design consultancy that’s part of Deloitte, with global offices in London, Edinburgh, New York, Oslo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Toronto and Sydney. Market Gravity work with the world’s leading companies to design, prototype and deliver new products and services.
Tom has a passion for innovation and bringing new and challenging projects from concept to reality, with a particular focus on innovation labs, digital and physical spaces and programmes. He helped a large traditional bank create and launch a new revolutionary new offering on High Street Kensington, London, which is both a retail bank and a live innovation lab.
More recently Tom has turned his focus to the consumer and retail sectors and is building ways to link digital with the physical, and deliver amazing experiences for shoppers with unrivalled insight for retailers.
