Zeinab Chaudhary

Zeinab Chaudhary sits in Human Centred Transformation in Deloitte’s Human Capital Change practice and is passionate about creating a more balanced and sustainable society through purpose. As the Consulting Purpose offering lead, Zeinab focuses on leveraging her change background to support clients to identify opportunities to create value for people, planet and sociey and better serve their customers and employees in the process. Her expertise includes managing the change for large-scale digital transformations, stakeholder management and she is an SME in Purpose, Financial Inclusion and Disability Inclusion. Zeinab was “Highly Commended” by the MCA Awards 2021 as Thought Leader of the Year for her work in this space. She is known for sharing her perspectives and has featured on Deloitte's Green Room Podcast, published blogs on financial inclusion and Insight reports including “Mind the Purpose Gap” (October 2022) and “Growth through financial inclusion” (March 2021). Zeinab is the co-chair of Deloitte’s Workability Network and outside of Deloitte is a Board Trustee for the UK pan-disability charity Scope.
