Meet the speakers

Joe Guastella
Joe leads the Deloitte US Chinese Services Group practice and serves as the Global lead client service partner (GLCSP) for a UK-based financial institution with extensive operations across Asia. His 25 years of consulting experience spans through many sectors in the financial services industry. Joe served as the US and Global Financial Services Industry leader for consulting and led many large-scale, global projects for some of our largest financial services industry clients. Prior to this, Joe led the Global Insurance practice and served as the APAC and US Insurance consulting leader. His experience in the Asia Pacific region dates to the time when he lived in Tokyo for his APAC leader position and supported clients as they implemented business process improvements and transformed their business models.

Kenneth DeWoskin
Kenneth serves as senior advisor and eminence fellow to Deloitte Services LP for China research and insight, providing research and consulting with C-Suite executives on critical financial, economic, and business issues. He has lived and worked extensively in China since 1977, advising multinational clients on China strategy and related issues across various industries including consumer and industrial products, energy and resources, financial services, life sciences, and technology, media, and telecommunications. He has presented on China’s economic development and policy trends in global venues such as the World Economic Forum, Chambers of Commerce, Economist Intelligence Unit, The Conference Board, Asian Financial Forum, Greenbrier Global Leadership Conference, Boao Forum for Asia, and others. He regularly contributes thought leadership on China issues to major news media and research publications. Kenneth is a fluent speaker of Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.

Anna Mok
Anna is the leader responsible for Asia Pacific for Deloitte & Touche LLP and a Global Lead Client Service Partner. She was previously the National Managing Partner, Clients & Client Excellence responsible for developing and leading the execution of the client portfolio expansion strategy and the National Regions Leader. During her 25+ year career at Deloitte, she has held various leadership roles and led some of its largest and most prestigious clients in various industries including payments, technology, financial services, and healthcare, and life sciences. Her global business experiences include business strategy and transformations, corporate governance, finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and market expansion services.
