What considerations should be given to the delivery of finance work, where that work gets done, and by who? We’ll discuss:
- A holistic approach to evaluating finance activities and processes to determine how they are best delivered.
- What a future-state finance operating model could look like.
- Implications for the workplace and real estate portfolios.
