Host: Anne Kwan, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP
Due to widespread disruptions, transformation is no longer a discrete response to individual events but an “always-on” capability. Enterprises are increasingly designating executives to be accountable for transformation, and these CTrOs are charged with both delivering short-term targets and sustaining long-term success. The 2022 CTrO Study shares insights from hundreds of experienced transformation executives and paints a more complete picture of what fuels successful, sustainable competitive advantage as a result of enterprise wide change. We’ll discuss:
- Key factors that predict transformation success
- The role of the CTrO and transformation teams
- Size and allocation of transformation budgets
