Host: Jim Eckenrode, managing director Deloitte Services LLP
2020 challenged the investment management industry, and the industry responded. How will the volatility, personal hardship, and the industry’s commitment to both customers and employees lead to a stronger, more digitally capable investment management industry? We’ll discuss:
- Adjusting budget and financial strategies through 2021 to support continued planning for long-tail events.
- Managing the return to the workplace, preserving the culture, and creating a diverse workforce.
- Transforming digitally to enable cost savings, support operational change, and meet customer demands.
