Meet the speakers
Jim is the managing director of the Deloitte Center for Financial Services, where he is responsible for defining the marketplace positioning and development of the Center’s eminence and key activities. Jim is frequently a keynote speaker at major industry and client conferences. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jim served in several research and consulting leadership roles at TowerGroup.
Dounia leads the US Digital Customer Offering, helping companies apply human experience insights to architect sales, service, and marketing solutions that drive business value. Under her leadership, her multi-disciplinary teams design, build, and operate platforms that deliver personalized experiences, earn loyalty, and realize financial outcomes. Dounia works closely with alliances including Salesforce, Oracle CX, ServiceNow CSM, Netsuite, Apptus, Anaplan, and others. Before joining Deloitte Digital, Dounia was an executive in the financial services industry. She has spoken at several forums on digital transformation and written about digitization, customer engagement, and breathing new life into legacy systems. She is passionate about talent development, especially women in technology. When she’s not helping her teams deliver successful transformations, she enjoys spending time with her son, running and training for long-distance events.
Courtney Davis is a principal in Deloitte & Touche LLP providing risk and regulatory advisory services in the banking and capital markets industry, focused on regulatory reform, credit risk management, and capital management. He has more than 20 years of experience and has supported several of the firm’s largest clients leading complex engagements for various functions including risk, treasury, finance, and technology.
