Jim Eckenrode
Jim is the managing director of the Deloitte Center for Financial Services, where he is responsible for defining the marketplace positioning and development of the Center’s eminence and key activities. Jim is frequently a keynote speaker at major industry and client conferences. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jim served in several research and consulting leadership roles at TowerGroup.

Dounia Senawi
As US Deloitte Digital Chief Commercial Officer, Dounia leads the go-to-market efforts and defines the commercial strategy across Deloitte Digital’s offerings, alliances, product, and marketing functions. In her role, she drives new thinking, integration, innovation, and the application of new technologies to meet customers ever changing needs. With customer growth and purpose in mind, she connects strategists, designers, engineers, storytellers, and architects that help clients shape strategy, unlock insights, build brand value, elevate experiences, create customer solutions, and optimize operations. Dounia also heads our Digital Customer offering helping companies architect platforms that deliver exceptional sales and service experiences, - and optimize their customer operations. She believes that bringing unparalleled expertise, earning trust, and exceeding expectations are the three hallmarks of maximizing each client’s return on investment. Dounia guides her teams with purpose, partnership, and positivity. She speaks at several forums on customer transformation, and her work can be found in Deloitte Digital’s recent sales and service reports. Previously Dounia led Sales Excellence for U.S. Deloitte Digital as well as the Financial Services Practice. Before joining Deloitte Digital, Dounia worked in the Banking sector. Her experience as a client of large consultancies has given her a unique vantage point now that she is on the other side of the table. She understands how to overcome client issues and organizational dynamics to drive successful outcomes. Dounia is passionate about talent development, especially women in technology, and takes advantage of every opportunity to encourage and support the professional growth of her colleagues and team. Born to immigrant parents and of Chaldean descent, she cares deeply about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and serves on the steering committee for Deloitte’s Middle Eastern North African and Allies Community. When she’s not helping her teams to deliver successful transformations, you might find Dounia playing golf with her son or training for her next ultramarathon.

Courtney Davis
Courtney Davis is a principal in Deloitte & Touche LLP providing risk and regulatory advisory services in the banking and capital markets industry, focused on regulatory reform, credit risk management, and capital management. He has more than 20 years of experience and has supported several of the firm’s largest clients leading complex engagements for various functions including risk, treasury, finance, and technology.
