Matt is a principal in Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory with Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, and the national leader of the Real Estate practice. Matt brings 36 years of real estate consulting experience to his clients and is well versed in a variety of valuation issues concerning both national and international markets. He has significant experience in various types of institutional, commercial, and residential real estate as well as related debt and equity markets.
