Mark Purowitz
Mark is a senior partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he leads Strategy & Transformation for its broad M&A practice, as well as Deloitte's work on the Future of M&A. He also globally co-leads the Insurance M&A practice, as well as Deloitte’s internal incubator called Startup Deloitte, designed to identify new business opportunities across the firm.

Doug Sweeney
Doug is the National Risk & Financial Advisory Insurance leader for Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics (DTBA) LLP. He provides valuation and financial consulting services to leading insurance and financial services firms. Doug has more than 15 years of experience in the valuation of business enterprises, business interests, and intangible and tangible assets. His work focuses on M&A analyses, tax and regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, financial structuring advice, strategic financial planning, and lease financing.

Matt Hutton
With more than 18 years of experience, Matt is a partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP's mergers & acquisitions (M&A) Transaction Services practice and focuses solely on financial services transactions. Matt spent the last 10 years providing a broad range of M&A strategy, target screening and selection, due diligence, transaction planning and execution, and accounting structuring services to the insurance, banking, asset management, and securities sectors. Prior to joining M&A Transaction Services, he worked within the assurance practice, primarily servicing insurance and banking clients. Mark is also part of Deloitte's financial instruments subject matter resource network.

Catherine Code
Catherine has over 30 years of M&A experience, including 20 working for global and domestic banks, advising senior executives. A partner in the Financial Advisory practice, she has a proven track record of using her international connections to originate and execute cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and credit and capital markets transactions for Canadian-based financial institutions and financial sponsors. Catherine’s ability to bring Deloitte’s broad range of experience and knowledge as well as her global perspective is valued by her clients and sets her apart from her peers.
