Burt brings extensive knowledge advising leadership teams on managing transition and change to implement new strategies, processes, structures, and systems. He has led projects in organization and role design, change management, virtual work, employee and leadership training, communications, and talent strategies for numerous global companies.

He has held senior HR leadership, outsourcing executive, and human capital transformation consulting roles that form the multi-faceted foundation from which Art delivers value to his clients. A future of work enthusiast, Jodi is experienced in using design thinking to put the workforce at the center of the experience through augmented, adaptable, agile and well architected solutions. Jodi has partnered with some of the world’s leading organizations and top financial institutions to increase productivity, create value and beat the competition. A published author, Jodi has written a book on the topic of global HR transformation and a number of articles on the topic of HR shared services, HR outsourcing, and HR metrics. Most recently she has co-sponsored a report called the Design of Everyday Men, Deloitte’s Approach to Exponential HR, and a POV on How HR can Accelerate Value in an Era of COVID-19.
