Jonathan Moore
Jonathan is a managing director in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting LLP and Deloitte Digital. He has more than 20 years of experience in selling and delivering large, complex advisory engagements to a variety of clients in different industries, primarily focusing on energy and resources, and leading the Alternative Energy and Mining sectors for Human Capital. Jonathan was formerly the Mid-America Regional Service Line leader for the Organizational Transformation & Talent Service Line under Human Capital. He strives to continuously add value to his clients through creating a foundational business case for change, directly advising leadership on change management and organizational strategy and design, and working side-by-side with the client on many global supply chain, finance, information technology, and human resource transformations. He is recognized for his extensive program management skills and his deep knowledge in numerous ERP and SaaS technology packages as well as user experience, branding, and innovation.

Andrea Colianni
Andrea is a principal within Deloitte’s Human Capital Organization Transformation practice with more than 15 years of consulting experience. She serves clients across the consumer and energy and resources industries. Her client service is focused on leading global organizational transformations-strategy, organizational design, workforce transformation, and organizational change management. She specializes in enterprise-wide transformations particularly related to M&A activity, restructure, growth and cost optimization needs. While Andrea specializes in enterprise-wide transformations, she also has expertise within the finance, supply chain, IT, human resources, and commercial functions.

Brad Denny
Brad Denny is the leader of Deloitte's US Human Capital Power, Utilities & Renewables group, as well as a lead consulting partner for Deloitte Consulting LLP. Denny also co-led Deloitte's Global Human Capital Trends Report for 2019 and 2020. With more than 25 years of talent, organization change management, leadership, strategy, workforce planning, and transformation experience, Denny is focused on helping organizations and individuals navigate large-scale transformations in the power, utilities, and renewables industry.

Asi Klein
Asi leads digital transformation programs for manufacturing clients with an emphasis on “people and organization”. His leadership experience includes global transformations that impact professionals in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, aftermarket, and information technology. Asi is passionate about guiding leaders and their organizations through periods of transition. With more than twenty years of experience, he helps clients achieve hard dollar cost savings and increased capacity through organization design, while improving productivity, engagement, and collaboration through culture change, learning design and delivery, and leadership development. Asi leads the effort to define and unleash the “Future of Work” in engineering and manufacturing and operations as a result of digital thread transformations: re-architecting the work to drive value-add activities, identifying next-gen skills for critical business roles, and building a future-ready workforce.

Stephanie Stachura
Stephanie is a Principal in Deloitte’s Energy & Chemicals practice and specializes organization transformation. She leads the oil and gas consulting sector for human capital and has more than 15 years of experience delivering change strategies for global oil and gas organizations undergoing large-scale operating model and technology cloud transformations across multiple functions and businesses. Stephanie has deep experience in digital enablement, employee experience, agile learning, training and change management strategy, and program deployment across multiple global landscapes and works with her clients to optimize their technology investment by unlocking their talent and organization needs. Stephanie is a thought leader with Deloitte’s change management and strategy team and is published author in Deloitte’s Future of Work series.
