He has more than 20 years of experience in selling and delivering large, complex advisory engagements to a variety of clients in different industries, primarily focusing on energy and resources, and leading the Alternative Energy and Mining sectors for Human Capital. Jonathan was formerly the Mid-America Regional Service Line leader for the Organizational Transformation & Talent Service Line under Human Capital. He strives to continuously add value to his clients through creating a foundational business case for change, directly advising leadership on change management and organizational strategy and design, and working side-by-side with the client on many global supply chain, finance, information technology, and human resource transformations. He is recognized for his extensive program management skills and his deep knowledge in numerous ERP and SaaS technology packages as well as user experience, branding, and innovation.

She specializes in enterprise-wide transformations particularly related to M&A activity, restructure, growth and cost optimization needs.
