Paul H. Silverglate
Paul is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and leads Deloitte’s US Executive Accelerators (XA) in Client & Market Growth (CMG), and also serves as Vice Chair and Deloitte US Technology Sector Leader. Previously, Paul led Deloitte’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry practice in Risk & Financial Advisory, and worked as an auditor in the Audit & Assurance business. With more than 30 years of professional services experience, Paul also serves as a lead client service partner for a select number of Deloitte’s most strategic global technology clients. Additionally, Paul is the Deloitte US executive sponsor of the Catalyst Tel Aviv Program, which helps US clients interested in innovation engage with the 6,000+ Israeli start-up community. Paul specializes in leadership development, crisis management, digital enterprise transformation, business continuity, change management, and identifying the resources within our organization to help clients address their most complex issues and professional service needs. He is conversationally fluent in German and has gained international experience by working for two years for Deloitte Switzerland.

Beena Ammanath
Beena is Executive Director of the Global Deloitte AI Institute and leads Trustworthy Tech Ethics at Deloitte. She is the author of “Trustworthy AI” which helps businesses navigate trust and ethics in AI. An award-winning senior executive with extensive global experience in AI and digital transformation, spanning across e-commerce, finance, marketing, telecom, retail, software products, services and industrial domains with companies such as GE, HPE, Thomson Reuters, British Telecom, Bank of America, e*trade and a number of Silicon Valley startups, Beena is also the Founder of non-profit, Humans For AI, an organization dedicated to increasing diversity in AI. Beena also serves on the Board of AnitaB.org and the Advisory Board at Cal Poly College of Engineering. She has been a Board Member and Advisor to several technology startups. Beena thrives on envisioning and architecting how data, artificial intelligence, and technology in general, can make our world a better, easier place to live for all humans.

Dennis Ortiz
Dennis is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, focusing in the Media & Entertainment sector. He specializes in digital operations transformation, working with media clients to define their transformation ambition, design new operating models, and execute transformation programs across the media value chain. Additionally, he leads the sector’s robotics and cognitive automation initiatives, including guiding the strategic and operational direction and driving pursuits and delivery activities at leading media clients.
