Jessica is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP and lead for Consulting’s Ecosystems & Alliances practice. In this role, Jessica oversees strategic collaborations with companies that innovate and shape the world, including top tech companies, academic institutions, and organizations dedicated to equity and inclusion. With a constant focus on the next big thing, Jessica specializes in strategic transformation, growth strategy, and global mergers & acquisitions. Jessica is also a member of the US Consulting Management Committee. In her more than 25 years at Deloitte, Jessica has helped clients navigate large-scale, strategic transformations that enable market growth and build dynamic brands. Prior to her current role, Jessica led and oversaw major transformations in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industry as the national consulting leader for Deloitte’s TMT practice. Jessica also previously served as the US Department of State Lead Relationship Partner, Federal & Operations Service Area Leader, and National Strategy & Operations Chief Marketing Officer. Recognized as one of 2013’s Top 25 Consultants by Consulting Magazine and as one of the Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business by San Francisco Business Times, Jessica has developed deep experience in relationship-building and a passion for connecting people. Jessica also serves on the Board of Directors for CareerSpring, a platform that helps first-generation students explore career options and receive assistance with job placement. Jessica lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two kids.

Adam is a managing director within Deloitte Consulting, LLP, and has 20 years of digital media experience across many large media and travel brands. He has extensive experience in product development, brand marketing, digital strategy, and sales and operations. He has held leadership roles in international market expansion on web, app and OTT platforms. He also has Digital Ad Sales experience including programmatic and direct/premium sales.
