Stanley Porter
Stanley serves as vice chairman and Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) Industry leader. Deloitte’s ER&I industry practice consists of more than 6,000 practitioners—representing the Industrial Products & Construction; Oil, Gas & Chemicals; and Power, Utilities & Renewables sectors—who collaborate to address the most critical and complex challenges of Deloitte’s clients. Stanley’s responsibilities include the overall strategic direction of the practice, alignment of resources with clients, team leadership development and succession, and go-to-market strategies for Deloitte’s key businesses, including consulting, audit, tax, risk, and financial advisory services. Stanley is a member of Deloitte’s LLP's Board of Directors and is a lead client service partner with 30 years of experience assisting energy executives in matters regarding strategy, capex optimization, opex reduction, mergers, and digital adoption (robotics, analytics, cognitive, etc.) to enhance business performance.

Jim Thomson
Jim serves as the vice chairman, US Power, Utilities & Renewables leader, as well as a lead client service partner for Deloitte Consulting LLP. A consulting principal based in Tampa, Jim has more than 30 years of consulting experience working with global power, utility, and renewable energy clients. He is focused on delivering solutions to complex and critical challenges within the industry and brings a strong passion for making a difference with some of our largest power, utility, and renewable energy businesses and their customers.

Marlene Motyka
Marlene is Deloitte’s US and Global Renewable Energy leader and a principal in Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP. She consults on matters related to valuation, tax, M&A, financing, business strategy, and financial modeling for the renewable energy and power and utilities sectors. Marlene has been at Deloitte for more than 22 years and holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University.
