Jim Thomson
Jim serves as the vice chair, US Power, Utilities & Renewables leader, as well as a lead client service partner for Deloitte Consulting LLP. A consulting principal based in Tampa, Jim has more than 30 years of consulting experience working with global power, utility, and renewable energy clients. He is focused on delivering solutions to complex and critical challenges within the industry and brings a strong passion for making a difference with some of our largest power, utility, and renewable energy businesses and their customers.

Kathryn Pavlovsky
As a principal in Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory, Katie currently serves as the leader of the Business Insurance Claims Consulting and the Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) industry practices. Katie brings more than 20 years of experience assisting clients with damages assessments, lost profit calculations, insurance claims preparation, and disputes and investigations. In her ER&I industry leadership role, she manages over 1,000 Deloitte professionals in the areas of Transactions, M&A, Regulatory/Legal Support, Cyber, Strategic Risk, and Accounting/Internal Controls services. Prior to these roles, Katie led Deloitte’s Environmental & Sustainability Consulting services and subsequently held practice leadership roles in the oil and gas, and power and utilities sectors, working with clients and Boards of Directors to assess and manage risks to corporate, functional, and operational strategies.

Christian Grant
Christian Grant is a principal in the Power, Utilities and Renewables practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, focused on his clients' strategic and operations challenges. He brings more than 10 years of management consulting experience working with power and utilities companies as both a consultant and business leader in the industry. Grant architects and delivers smart operational solutions that address regulatory, technological, and consumer shifts. His projects include operational improvement, business transformation, M&A, and green field strategy design.
