Consumer behaviors across the automotive industry are evolving as rapidly as the industry itself. Deloitte’s 2022 Global Automotive Consumer Study offers perspectives on several behavior shifts that are contributing to a rapidly evolving global mobility system. We surveyed more than 26,000 consumers in 25 countries to explore opinions on the critical issues affecting the automotive sector. We’ll discuss:

  • Consumer interest in electric vehicles (EVs) and advanced technologies
  • Consumer preference on vehicle purchasing
  • Shared mobility services trends

Participants will gain insights that can help them prioritize and better position their business strategies and investments in the future.
