Deloitte’s 2022 Global Automotive Consumer Study offers perspectives on several behavior shifts that are contributing to a rapidly evolving global mobility system. Jason Coffman is the US Automotive Consulting leader within Deloitte Consulting LLP’s US Automotive practice. Coffman has over two decades of industry experience and has been an integral part of shaping Deloitte’s Future of Mobility initiative and key offerings around digital, dealer services, and sales & marketing. Ryan is the research leader supporting the global Automotive sector for Deloitte's Consumer Industry Center at Deloitte LLP. His primary focus is creating engaging, actionable insights to deepen the conversation around key trends and issues occurring across the global automotive sector landscape. For the past two decades, Ryan has supported companies throughout the automotive value chain, from manufacturers and parts suppliers to private equity firms and after-market service providers. He has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has been quoted as a subject-matter expert in major media outlets around the world. Robinson holds degrees in philosophy, classical archaeology, and English literature from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Masa is a core member of the Global Automotive and Strategy & Operations practices at Deloitte Consulting LLP. His 20 years of automotive and manufacturing experience spans both OEM and consulting. Masa has market eminence as a thought leader in market entry, product development, customer experience, marketing strategy, and global supply chain.
