Evert Gruyaert
Evert is the Restaurants & Food Service leader for Deloitte US. He has deep experience in helping his clients drive organic growth and achieve commercial excellence. He is known for his strong analytical and leadership skills, having managed global and complex commercial transformations from strategy to execution and implementation of enabling technology. He has been a guest lecturer at various business schools and conferences, and regularly publishes POVs and research. Evert is the co-author of "The Strategy and Tactics of Pricing", the most well-established and influential strategic pricing text available, relied on by practitioners and students globally as a core guide for value-based pricing.

Ed Lee
Ed is a managing director in the Consumer Industry. He primarily works with clients in business strategy, AI, innovation and growth. Prior to Deloitte, Ed spent more than 30 years in industry – in both high-tech and consumer. He has held global roles across P&L management, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, marketing and supply chain. Recent roles include VP of Global Menu Strategy at a large restaurant company, where he managed the global innovation pipeline and the company’s largest global brands. He was also VP of Business Development and Innovation at a large restaurant company where he played a lead role in defining the company’s restaurant of the future strategy. Prior roles include P&L management of billion dollar businesses in technology and consumer products, both in Europe and the US and VP-level roles in strategy and corporate development.

Jon Woolfolk
Jon is a principal in Deloitte’s margin improvement practice. He helps clients architect and implement transformations to free-up capacity and build capabilities needed to thrive in the future. He specializes in operating model redesign, service delivery transformation, organizational design, and tech-enabled efficiency improvement.
