Raed Masoud
Raed is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and leads Strategy, Diligence, and Value Creation for Tech, Media, and Telecom. His professional career combines more than 20 years of advisory and direct industry experience. From strategy to execution, he brings breadth and depth of experience in advising senior executives and leaders across large, global technology and Fortune 100 organizations through large scale transformation, restructuring & margin expansion initiatives, and M&A transactions. Prior to Deloitte, he held key positions in engineering & design, research & development and product management. Raed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in New Product Development & High Tech Marketing from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Lally School of Management & Technology.

Barry Winer
Barry is Head of Research for Deloitte’s US Mergers, Acquisitions & Restructuring Services practice. Barry has more than 20 years of experience as an innovative research leader, proven leader/general manager and consultant advising large enterprises on organic and inorganic growth strategy and execution. He is a proven innovator with research that informs senior executive decision making and action. His knowledge and experience ranges from M&A, Restructuring and Margin Enhancement to all aspects of growth strategy and implementation in service to startups, G1000 corporations and private equity firms. Barry earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and is a US Air Force veteran and aviator with service in Operation Desert Storm.
