1.0 Overview CPE credit | Specialized Knowledge

During the past few years of headwinds buffeting businesses, deal-makers have slowed deal-making in favor of restructuring internal operations. As with transaction-driven transformation, such as following an acquisition, restructuring has largely been reactive and episodic. How can enterprises think differently about transformation to ensure greater, more durable enterprise health? We’ll discuss:

  • How leading companies are increasingly pulling transformation forward by anticipating, versus reacting to, transactions
  • Specific approaches to building a durable transformation competency inside an enterprise
