Kevan is the US Deloitte Private Risk & Financial Advisory leader and also serves as the US Automotive Industry Sector leader for Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory practice. Based in Los Angeles, Kevan has served automotive OEMs and Tier 1 and 2 suppliers as well as automotive aftermarket companies. He has extensive investment banking and financial advisory experience, spanning acquisition, capital raising, and the sale or divestiture process. Kevan previously served as the National Managing Director of Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC, the investment banking subsidiary of the US firm, and a leading provider of investment banking services to the global mid-market. He also served as the Vice Chair of Deloitte Transactions & Business Analytics, and a member of the Board Council to the Deloitte US Board of Directors.
Based in Charlotte, Phil is the chief executive officer of Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF), Deloitte’s National Investment Banking practice in the United States, which is one of the leading M&A advisors to the middle market. Phil also leads DCF's Business Services Group. Prior to joining DCF, he served as a managing director and co-founding partner at McColl Partners LLC and led the firm's Financial and Business Services Group. Phil has served as a lead advisor for the sale or acquisition mandates of numerous companies in each of the following industries: human resource services, outsourced software, postsecondary education, corporate training, community banking, and consumer finance, among others. Lindsay is a tax partner in Deloitte Tax LLP’s M&A Transaction Services practice based in Chicago. She has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, and she spent the last nine years exclusively serving Deloitte’s M&A practice. Lindsay has assisted clients with significant corporate transactions, acquisitions of closely held companies, multijurisdictional due diligence projects, corporate restructuring, and divestiture planning. Her transaction experience spans a wide range of industries including consumer and industrial products, manufacturing, financial services, and transportation/logistics, and she focuses much of her time on corporate/strategic clients. Lindsay also has experience assisting clients in assessing various tax structure alternatives and analysis of tax benefits.
John is a managing director with Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF). John has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on their capital structure options and financing needs. Prior to joining DCF, John served as a managing director and partner at McColl Partners, LLC. There he served as the head of the firm's Private Capital Solutions Group, which raised over $6.0 billion for its clients during a ten-year period. His transaction experience includes raising senior, mezzanine, and equity linked notes for growth-oriented companies in the retail, consumer products, defense and aerospace, business services, industrial, health care, and technology industries. Prior to McColl Partners, John worked in the investment banking group at a nationally recognized investment bank.
