She has gained global experience, leading engagements across the United States, and overseas as well as in Canada. In working with leaders, Courtney has shown an appetite for operational excellence and an innate ability to foster positive and productive stakeholder relationships. She understands the value of leadership alignment and employee engagement, and has a track record of achievements in performing both well. Courtney is engaged with Deloitte’s financial services leadership team to drive operational excellence at the national level. She also supports the global consulting financial services executive as a sector strategist in banking and capital markets. She is also an advisor to the World Economic Forum’s disruptive innovation in financial services program, where she previously held a secondment and co-authored a report on the implications of AI in the industry.
