Mark is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and US leader of the Merger & Acquisition Strategy and Commercial Diligence practice. Mark has more than 17 years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients in growth strategy and innovation, M&A strategy and process, target screening, commercial due diligence, valuation, investor relations, pre and post-close merger integration, and on governance issues related to M&A decisions.
Jeffery Weirens is the Leader of Deloitte’s Global Financial Advisory Business and serves on Deloitte’s Global Executive. For more than 30 years, he has advised clients on many of the world’s most iconic acquisitions and divestitures while growing and transforming Deloitte’s consulting and advisory businesses. He has served in multiple leadership roles including Deloitte Consulting’s Management Committee, the Energy, Resources and Industrials industry, and the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring practice. He is a trusted advisor to senior client executive teams and Boards of Directors and is the executive sponsor of Deloitte’s Future of Trust initiative, including TrustIQ.
Susan is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads the M&A Consultative Services practice. Susan has spent over 20 years focused on M&A, predominantly Post-Merger Integration and Divestiture. She has supported over 50 deals with a cumulative deal value of $200 Billion.
