Marcus Panasewicz
Marcus is the leader of the Multistate Employment Incentives group at Deloitte Tax. He has more than 20 years of experience with issues surrounding corporate state and local tax and has spent the last 18 years focusing his attention on credits and incentives. His experience includes: performing large multi-state credit studies, identifying state tax credit/incentive opportunities, negotiating incentives, assisting the client in securing incentives for new facilities or expansions of existing facilities, assisting clients in establishing compliance procedures for securing and claiming tax credits/incentives, and representing clients in state tax examinations.
