Bradd Craver has over 34 years of experience in talent, organizational design, project management, business improvement, HR/Payroll functional and systems experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, automotive, energy, consumer business manufacturing, and retail. His areas of focus include organizational capabilities consulting to clients on a variety of areas to drive improved business performance leveraging human capital. Prior to Deloitte, he spent 10 years in consumer products manufacturing with overall Human Resources responsibilities for a large manufacturing facility. Craver has led several large cost management and organizational capabilities projects both as a functional HR/Payroll lead as well as the overall project manager for enterprisewide efforts.
Craver currently leads Deloitte’s Consulting practice for the Carolinas as well as the US Human Capital Automotive practice.
