Deloitte Achieves Fourth Consecutive Orange-Level Relativity Best in Service Status
NEW YORK, Aug. 2, 2017 — Deloitte today announced that it has earned kCura’s Orange-level Relativity Best in Service designation for exceptional customer service for Relativity end users for the fourth consecutive time.
With Relativity offered in 25 countries and supported by more than 120 Relativity-certified professionals, the Deloitte Discovery team provides the infrastructure and service level needed to handle large and complex Relativity environments. Deloitte Discovery also offers custom, Deloitte-developed tools—such as Audio Assistant—to further benefit clients.
“We take pride in our commitment to delivering a differentiated experience to our clients, and receiving this designation for the fourth time is a true testament to that commitment,” said Steven Nygard, Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory managing director, Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, and technical leader of Deloitte’ s Electronic Discovery Solutions Center. “We’re continuing to focus on ways to better serve our clients around the world by building additional, custom tools for analytics, automated redaction, automated translation, and automated redaction propagation.”
Through a voluntary audit, Relativity Best in Service providers demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates these individual data centers in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. Additionally, Best in Service certified providers meet a set of requirements for duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations, and core Relativity certifications.
kCura has two designations for Best in Service certified data centers: Orange and Blue. While both designate data centers that provide a quality Relativity experience, Orange-level sites have made additional investments in people, process and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts—all while maintaining the high standards of Best in Service.
“By recertifying as a Best in Service provider for four years in a row, Deloitte is reaffirming their commitment to continuously providing a great Relativity experience for their clients,” said George Orr, vice president of customer success and support at kCura.
