Deloitte and Singularity University Extend Their Relationship to Foster Innovation Worldwide

Increases emphasis on leveraging SU and Deloitte’s innovation capabilities.

SAN FRANCISCO and MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 7, 2017 — Singularity University (SU) and Deloitte recently announced a renewal and expansion of a four-year alliance to bring opportunities for innovation to entrepreneurs and large organizations around the world. Leveraging their collective capabilities, Deloitte Consulting LLP and Singularity University educate and catalyze organizations regarding the disruptive impact of exponential technologies, and accelerate their transformation journeys to envision and realize exponential opportunities.

The alliance is wide reaching. Deloitte is the premier consulting sponsor of the SU Exponential Summit Series, as well as of the International Summits held around the world in Australia, Canada, Chile, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico and South Africa. Additionally, Deloitte is a founding member of SingularityU Netherlands, working closely with SU’s business partners in the Nordics and across Europe. Together with XPRIZE, Deloitte also collaborates with SU on the Innovation Partnership Program (IPP), an invite-only membership program to engage Fortune Global 500 CXOs on topics of technological disruption and innovation strategies to unlock new value for their businesses. IPP today includes over 30 Fortune 500 corporate members. Participants in all these programs include Deloitte’s clients and the network of SU’s global community of 125,000 members representing individuals, startups, and large organizations in 115 countries as well as 200,000 social media followers.

A prime example of the strong collaboration between Deloitte and SU is this week’s Exponential Finance Conference taking place in New York City. Over 700 global executives, entrepreneurs, financial advisors, insurance and banking executives, and venture capitalists are convening over three days in New York City to explore and create the future of the financial services industry. Participants will learn how disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, Blockchain, robotics, nanotechnologies and crowdfunding, among others, can be leveraged for exponential growth, and to help address the global challenges the world is facing.
