Deloitte launches ConnectMe to reinvent the employee experience for the Digital Workplace

New York, September 26, 2016 — While talent continues to be one of the most important corporate resources and there are strong signs of an increasing talent skills gap, it is more critical than ever to focus on employee engagement and retention. In fact, Deloitte’s “Global Human Capital Trends 2016” report found that 85 percent of HR and business leaders identified engagement as a leading priority for their organizations. In response to this talent crisis, Deloitte developed ConnectMe, an integrated HR service delivery and collaboration platform designed to enhance employee engagement through digital interactions with workplace services.
