Deloitte Continues to Revolutionize Patient Services by Expanding the Ecosystem for ConvergeHEALTH Patient Connect™
Additions to Patient Connect product include prepackaged integrations to DocuSign, Five9 and zPaper
Boston, July 12, 2017 — Deloitte continues to enhance ConvergeHEALTH Patient Connect™, its industry leading product designed to streamline and improve engagement and interactions for patient services professionals at pharmaceutical, medical device and hub vendors. Deloitte is announcing prepackaged integrations of DocuSign electronic signature and workflow, Five9 Advanced Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and zPaper document automation with force.com to the Patient Connect product.

By enabling the automation of signature workflows through DocuSign, care givers and patients have the ability to sign documents electronically while enabling the life sciences organization to eliminate fax workflows from the organization. This supports the collection of consent, benefits and insurance verification, and prescription submission while providing a digital audit trail that is more secure than paper-based interactions.

Patient Connect now delivers “CTI out of the box” with Five9’s advanced cloud CTI capabilities, allowing life sciences companies to successfully connect patients to the right care agent with all relevant historical information to provide the care team with a holistic whole patient view. In turn, this creates a more personalized omni-channel experience throughout the patient’s health journey.

Patient Connect now integrates with zPaper to automate all aspects of the document process. Out of the box, this integration enables the generation and capture of documents and the ability to dynamically send and receive files from multiple channels. The integration facilitates the document intake process by simplifying queues and workflows and providing a toolset to efficiently triage incoming documentation in patient services organizations.
