WASHINGTON, Oct. 8, 2021 — Deloitte announced the expansion of its ServiceNow® collaboration to deliver a breakthrough, new version of its IT operations platform, OperateEdge™.
OperateEdge is Deloitte’s operate services delivery platform that integrates with client application infrastructure and existing IT Service Management tools to drive additional insight and automation into all activities associated with effectively managing enterprise technology operations.
The new version of OperateEdge called ‘OperateEdge powered by ServiceNow’ brings together the capabilities of OperateEdge with ServiceNow capabilities, including IT service and operations management, artificial intelligence and machine learning, to deliver extended insights and predictive service management capabilities to business and technology teams supporting critical missions.
