Former IRS deputy commissioner of the LB&I Division to advise Deloitte clients on federal tax issues
WASHINGTON, DC, September 13, 2017 — Deloitte announced today that Rosemary Sereti joined as a managing director, Deloitte Tax LLP, in its Washington National Tax, tax controversy services practice. Sereti previously served as the deputy commissioner for the Large Business and International (LB&I) division at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

“Rosemary is a leader known for her excellence in anticipating and addressing critical tax issues, given her vast knowledge of and practical experience with the federal tax system,” said Steve Kimble,
Sereti spearheaded notable initiatives at LB&I while leading a team of more than 4,500 tax professionals and staff.
