A sustainability road map
An emphasis on sustainability is crucial to many organizations, and U.S. Soccer is no exception.
That’s why they brought Deloitte in to help assess their current environmental sustainability efforts. Through assessment of the industry landscape, a carbon footprint analysis, and facilitation of a strategy accelerator lab, Deloitte helped U.S. Soccer in developing their future environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals and a high-level roadmap to outline the organization’s path forward.
Defining the technology ambition
Helping grow the game of soccer doesn’t just mean optimizing on-field performance. It also means engineering short and long-term strategies to increase player participation and drive fanbase engagement. And for U.S. Soccer, it meant engaging Deloitte.
A holistic review of the organization’s current processes and future aspirations, stakeholder interviews, and leading design and industry practices helped form a strategy to outline—and guide—U.S. Soccer’s 2030 vision.
Enhancing the digital experience
USSoccer.com is the digital home for fans to learn about and follow all of U.S. Soccer’s National Teams, but it also serves referees, organizers, and others. Given the wide array of information and users, U.S. Soccer engaged Deloitte to help optimize the user experience, navigation, and content prioritization for the website.
By prioritizing dynamism and engagement, the team created a design system that is flexible while highlighting the information that matters to U.S. Soccer’s many digital audiences. See the work live at ussoccer.org

Our people
Deloitte's Taylor Katz-Molnar and Bilal Duckett showcase the power of soccer and how it's inspired them to effect change within themselves and the world around them.
After playing Division I soccer, Taylor brought her passion for the sport to Deloitte. Within Deloitte’s sports Consulting practice, she works closely with the United States Soccer Federation on long-term strategy projects. She also created a program at Deloitte aimed at helping current student athletes build their brand.
Bilal is a former center back who played for nine years at the professional level while honing his computer engineering skills. He brought his talents to Deloitte Digital and prides himself on the lessons that he took from the sport to his work at Deloitte.
