When well-being goes wild!

A WorkWell podcast about letting go of perfection

Learn how to get back on track when you feel like your well-being and work-life balance is off on this Workwell podcast episode.

Why well-being doesn’t have to be perfect!

When it comes to well-being, we all fall off the tracks every once and a while. And that’s ok because well-being is not a zero-sum game. On this episode, Deloitte chief well-being officer Jen Fisher asks Drs. Chris and Kara Mohr—specialists in nutrition and fitness who also happen to be a married couple—to share personal stories on how they manage (and sometimes mismanage) their busy lives with juggling family, work, and their own well-being.

We have challenges, and bumps in the road. To be honest, when we show that, we’ve gotten people to be like, ‘oh my gosh, really, you do that?’ Yeah, absolutely!

– Dr. Chris Mohr
