Jessica Bonham, healthcare professional
Jessica Bonham has had the opportunity to explore her passion for healthcare during her time at Deloitte and thereafter. She joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as an analyst after graduating from University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has since joined Kaiser Permanente, where she is currently the Senior Manager for Consumer Experience Optimization. Jessica is making an impact on United States healthcare in a real way by leading Kaiser Permanente to focus on the consumer more so than ever before to provide a better, overall experience for its 9 million members in the post-Healthcare reform marketplace.
Audrey Arbeeny, GSAP participant
Audrey Arbeeny joined Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice as a Business Analyst - Human Capital in 2010 out of the Chicago office. Over the course of four years, she focused on change management and communications, organizational design, and cultural transformation partnering with seven clients across a variety of industries and functions. She quickly discovered her passion for driving cultural transformation and assisting organizations to define their vision and values. Audrey has been able to leverage the skills and capabilities learned at Deloitte to further her aspiration to create cultural change through brand management—at Deloitte and beyond. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management through Deloitte's Graduate School Assistance Program (GSAP).
Dipesh Shah, boomerang
Dipesh Shah joined Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Human Capital practice as a Business Analyst in 2005. Since starting his career at Deloitte, he has had the opportunity to focus on numerous projects across a variety of industries, including Public Sector, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), and Consumer and Industrial Products (C&IP). After excelling in numerous client facing roles, Dipesh joined a 13-month internal project, where he had the opportunity to redesign Deloitte’s talent processes and develop the first version of Deloitte’s standardized onboarding program, Welcome to Deloitte. From 2011 to 2013, Dipesh attended Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business as part of the Graduate School Assistance Program (GSAP) and returned to Deloitte after graduation.
Jia Li Lok Pratt, education and non-profit professional
Jia Li Lok Pratt joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Business Analyst - Human Capital in 1998 and is currently the Managing Director of KIPP Through College at KIPP Chicago. Her involvement in various education organizations throughout her career, in addition to her experience as an analyst at Deloitte, helped launch her career to where it is today. Jia’s current role focuses on a KIPP approach to help eliminate the opportunity gap between students from high and low income communities. She oversees KIPP Through College counselors and advisors in KIPP Chicago schools to do whatever it takes to support over 1,000 students as they navigate high school, prepare for college entry, and work hard on their journey through college.
