Developing our future leaders

Deloitte hosts a series of events each year for employees, students, and experienced professionals, targeted towards helping women build their leadership toolkit and building their networks.

The Deloitte Women's Leadership Launch, held each January, is for select MBA/Master's students. Attendees have the chance to network with peers, Deloitte Consulting LLP professionals, industry experts, and successful alumni to discuss the importance of becoming a leader in today’s working world.

The Deloitte International Women's Day Conference is held each March for select undergraduate students.  Attendees are introduced to peers and industry thought leaders so they can share ideas and begin building their own broad network of professionals—the people who can help them customize their careers and achieve their goals.

In addition to these events, Deloitte and Girls Who Code share a commitment to make a difference so that everyone has the opportunity to succeed, from the classroom to the workplace. Read more about our partnership
