On March 27, 2020, President Trump signed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the CARES Act) into law. What are important considerations for life sciences and health care companies? We'll discuss:

  • Impacts to providers, insurance companies, drug and device manufacturers, and other programs within the public health system.
  • Major sources of potential provider funding and support.
  • Provisions to help alleviate supply shortages - particularly drugs, devices, and medical supplies - increase speed to market in select cases.
  • Proposed execution methods to combat the COVID-19 response.
