Our eighth annual Deloitte Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Forum, held on March 13–15 2019, brought senior learning and business leaders together to discuss the ever-changing learning landscape and the responsibility of the entire enterprise – not just CLOs – to demonstrate a vested interested in developing workforce skills and capabilities in the wake of constant disruption.

From career mobility and capability development to learning agility and re-skilling a disrupted workforce, our 2019 CLO Forum encouraged leaders to go beyond learning as they explored how to forge a human-centered path towards the future of work.
