Our team, which is a core part of the Monitor Deloitte strategy practice, includes recognized industry experts, authors, and advanced data modeling specialists. Our collective experience has been brought to bear in 600 projects to date in a wide range of commercial settings.
Pricing and Profitability Management leader
Ranjit (Jit) is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte and leads the Pricing & Profitability Management practice. Jit has more than 12 years of experience in revenue enhancement services including customer and channel strategy, pricing, corporate strategic planning, and M&A. His project work includes pricing analytics, pricing strategy, and pricing policy design and execution, all to identify and capture improvement opportunities.
Kim is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP within the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte. She brings 18+ years of experience in pricing, sales, and marketing strategy designed to drive profitable growth. Kim’s teams develop strategies to solve clients’ sales and profitability challenges while leveraging advanced analytics to uncover significant, actionable insights. Over her career, Kim’s teams have delivered over half a billion dollars worth of gross margin benefits to her clients.
Ed is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte. He is a leader in the Pricing & Profitability Management practice and focuses on serving consumer products clients on revenue management topics. Ed works with clients to apply analytics to commercial decision-making and to develop data-driven pricing and channel strategies, policies, and planning capabilities. He also leads Polaris™, an insight-driven solution-as-a-service revenue management platform.
Scott is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte. As a strategic advisor in the Pricing and Profitability Management practice, he leads the eastern US Media & Entertainment sector. Scott has more than 25 years of commercialization strategy experience, helping clients optimize sales channels and align pricing strategies to drive revenue and margin growth. His client network includes broadcast television, magazine publishing, radio, and cable companies.
Julie is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP with more than 15 years of experience in strategy development and operational improvement. She helps clients grow more profitably by developing pricing, customer, product, and sales channel strategies, improving price execution
Georg is a director with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte and is part of the Pricing and Profitability Management practice. He helps clients develop and implement top-line margin improvement strategies in a variety of industries. He started his career as a professor at Santa Clara University and still spends a few days each year teaching pricing strategy at the University of Chicago. Georg joined Deloitte through the acquisition of Monitor Group in 2013.
Dr. Nagle is a senior advisor of Deloitte Consulting LLP in the US Strategy service line, Monitor Deloitte. For more than 30 years, he personally developed many of the analytical tools for strategic pricing and profit improvement. He is lead author of The Strategy and Tactics of Pricing, now in its 5th edition, and has helped hundreds of corporate clients increase profits, most notably in industrials, medical products, information, and B2B services. He is also a popular public speaker and trainer.
Rich is the practice leader for US Consumer Products Corporate Strategy & Growth area and a principal of Deloitte Consulting LLP within the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte. Rich’s experience is in helping his clients win with retail customers and the consumer. His expertise spans pricing and profitability management, customer and channel strategy, sales effectiveness, and enterprise analytics.
Joe is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte. He is a leader in the Pricing and Profitability Management practice and has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including automotive, consumer and industrial products, medical products and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Deloitte, Joe was a partner at Monitor Group. Before Monitor Group, Joe was a vice president and managing director at Strategic Pricing Group for eight years.
