Deloitte’s Financial Reporting for Taxes Training features interactive courses taught by experienced professionals who will explain the applicable guidance for financial reporting for taxes and share real world experiences and leading practices.
Select a two-day comprehensive offering based on your experience level and/or expand your knowledge with a half or single day course on specialty topics.
Course materials will be provided to registrants via email before and after the training. Laptop computers or tablets are highly encouraged for active participation in the case studies for Essentials and International Essentials as well as for following along with the presentation materials for all courses.

A limited number of rooms are being held at the conference hotels. Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Deloitte National Meeting Services will manage all reservations based on your online registration. Your Deloitte registration email will serve as a hotel confirmation.
Participants are responsible for paying for accommodations directly to the hotel at check-out.
Rates offered for dates prior to and after the scheduled conference dates are subject to hotel availability.
Deloitte cannot pay or otherwise waive any portion of registration fees or other costs for participants.
1 Fees include tuition, training materials, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Participants are responsible for tuition, transportation, hotel, and incidentals.
2 Enables participant to pay early registration pricing as long as participant registers for more than one course.
3 Enables more than one participant from the same company to pay early registration pricing when multiple participants from the same company are attending single courses (contact Allison Neuenschwander to arrange).

If cancellation is received on/before November 6, 2017, the registration fee is fully refundable.
If cancellation is received on/before November 27, 2017, but after November 6, 2017, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $200 administrative fee per two-day course, $100 administrative fee per one-day course, and $50 administrative fee per half-day course.
No amount is refunded for “no shows” or cancellations received after November 27, 2017.
Refunds will be processed to the original credit card. Transfers from one training to another are not permitted, however, substitution of one employee for another employee from the same Company will be accommodated within the same training/course.
Feedback from past participants
In my opinion this was the best "tax reporting essentials" course I have attended. The speakers were engaging, had clearly mastered the material and knew the presentation very well. The course itself was the right balance of lecture and working sessions on the case study. The case study was well crafted with the right balance of fundamental concepts and complexities to allow attendees to learn. In my particular case, what I am taking away is a great tool/resource to use to train new staff.
This course is an excellent refresher for the tax professional who works on provisions but isn't an ASC740 expert. I was extremely satisfied with the presentations and the course structure, and the case study is invaluable for putting the theoretical statutory language into practice to reinforce the material.
I thought it was very excellent. I had pretty high expectations walking in, and it surpassed those.
I was very impressed by the speakers, their presentation skills and knowledge.
