A limited number of rooms are being held at the conference hotels. Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Deloitte National Meeting Services will manage all reservations based on your online registration. Your Deloitte registration email will serve as a hotel confirmation.
Participants are responsible for paying for accommodations directly to the hotel at check-out.
Rates offered for dates prior to and after the scheduled conference dates are subject to hotel availability.
Deloitte cannot pay or otherwise waive any portion of registration fees or other costs for participants.
*Fees include tuition, training materials, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Participants are responsible for tuition, transportation, hotel, and incidentals.
**Discounts cannot be combined. Only one may apply. Multi-course and multi-person discounts apply after early registration discounts expire.
- Early bird discount: Rates expire 45 days prior to the program start date Las Vegas on October 26, 2018.
- Multi-person discount: Enable more than one participant from the same company to register and receive early registration prices.
- Multi-course discount: Enable participants to receive early registration prices when registering for more than one course.

If cancellation is received at least 28 days prior to the training start date Las Vegas on/before November 12, 2018, registration fee is fully refundable.
If cancellation is received at least seven days prior to the training start date, but not at least 28 days prior to the training start date Las Vegas after November 12, 2018, but on/before December 3, 2018, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $200 administrative fee per two-day course, $100 administrative fee per one-day course, and $50 administrative fee per half-day course.
No amount is refunded for “no shows” or cancellations received less than seven days prior to the training start date Las Vegas after December 3, 2018.

• $100 per 1-day course

Refunds will be processed to the original credit card. Transfers from one training to another are not permitted, however, substitution of one employee for another employee from the same company will be accommodated within the same training/course.
