Brian Nussbaum

Brian is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Los Angeles office, leading growth in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications and Consumer industries.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting focusing within the TMT, consumer business, construction, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. Brian’s clients range from emerging growth companies (EGC) to multi-billion dollar public companies.

He is the leader of the Deloitte Los Angeles EGC practice and has experience with initial public offerings, going private transactions, acquisitions, and numerous debt offerings. Brian earned his B.S. Business Administration and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Southern California. Brian is a member of the California State Board of Accountancy, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
