Cindy Stockman

Cindy joined Deloitte Consulting LLP in 2016 following a distinguished career in the Intelligence Community. Working within our Government & Public Services practice, She brings a wealth of a chief financial officer (CFO) and financial management experience to the firm and our clients. Serving as the deputy CFO at the Central Intelligence Agency and National Reconnaissance Office, she has experience with the full PPBE process, budget justification, and interaction with OMB and congressional oversight to defend budget submissions.

Additionally, Cindy has expertise in resolving weaknesses in pursuit of clean auditable financial statements, assessing organizational risk, and mitigating challenges. She also had leadership responsibility for working capital funds of significant size and breadth of services. She has led organizations implementing financial and budget systems and worked closely with personnel to create relevant learning and leadership development opportunities.

As a co-leader of the GSP CFO Program, Cindy brings her passion for enabling the success of others through the impactful offerings of this distinguished eminence effort.
