Courtney Davis

As the Purpose and DEI Office, Financial Inclusion leader, Courtney collaborates with impact-focused private, public, and nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving financial health, access to capital, and entrepreneurship opportunities for underserved communities. As a prominent author, he has published thought leadership advocating for financial inclusion and Deloitte's perspective on advancement. In addition, as a principal of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Courtney has played a pivotal leadership role in driving advisory services for the Banking & Securities sector with a particular focus on risk management and regulatory compliance supporting functions including Risk, Finance, and Technology. He resides in New York with his wife and three children.
