Didi Borden

Didi specializes in the use of partnerships and limited liability companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and restructurings. Didi joined Washington National Tax from Deloitte’s Los Angeles office where she focused on the taxation of real estate investment trusts, multinational corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and disregarded entities.

Didi is a frequent lecturer on partnership taxation matters at conferences around the country such as those sponsored by American Bar Association and Tax Executives Institute. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs Partnerships Tax Technical Resource Panel.

Didi received her BS in accounting magna cum laude from University of Southern California.
