Dounia is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP and Chief Commercial Officer. In leading Deloitte Consulting’s go-to-market efforts, Dounia is responsible for integrating the practice’s Sales, Marketing, and Ecosystems & Alliances teams to drive profitable growth for the practice. Dounia connects strategists, designers, engineers, creatives, storytellers, and architects that help the practice shape strategy, unlock insights, build value, elevate experiences, create client solutions, and optimize operations.
Dounia believes that bringing unparalleled expertise, earning trust, and exceeding expectations are the three hallmarks of maximizing each client’s return on investment. Dounia guides her teams with purpose, partnership, and positivity, and regularly speaks at forums on sales, marketing, and customer transformation. Previously, Dounia served as Deloitte Digital’s Chief Commercial Officer as well as led its Digital Customer offering. In this role, Dounia’s personal mandate was to help other companies drive new growth, define their ambitions, design customer and employee experiences, and activate new business models through the application of digital technology.
Dounia is passionate about talent development, especially women in technology, and takes advantage of every opportunity to encourage and support the professional growth of her colleagues and team. Born to immigrant parents and of Chaldean descent, she cares deeply about diversity, equity, and inclusion and serves on the steering committee for Deloitte’s Middle Eastern North African and Allies Community.
