Eli Katz

Eli Katz, a Deloitte Tax Managing Director, is a CPA experienced with tax provisions, compliance and consulting in the financial services industry.  He has extensive experience with both domestic and multinational Life, P&C, Health, and Mutual insurance companies.  His experience includes income tax accounting, life/nonlife consolidated return issues, and other technical tax matters (e.g M&A, reorganizations, reinsurance transactions, IRC 338(h)(10), etc.).  

In addition, he has knowledge of many facets of international taxation with a concentration on insurance companies, including but not limited to, Subpart F Income, Foreign Tax Credits, Captive Insurance Companies. More recently, Eli has spent significant time assisting companies with technical issues arising from Pillar II, Bermuda CIT and CAMT.
