Erinn assists clients in their design and implementation of international and domestic nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, foreign benefit plans, severance agreements, employment contracts, equity, fringe benefits, and other plans to ensure compliance with US tax rules including sections 409A and 457A. She consults with international and domestic clients regarding application of US income and employment tax withholding, reporting, sourcing, deduction, and income tax treaty application rules. For clients undergoing mergers, spinoffs, and IPOs, she performs due diligence analysis and planning related to compensatory payments taking into consideration golden parachute payments rules (280G) and compensatory deduction issues.
Erinn regularly speaks at events hosted by Deloitte and has been published in The Tax Adviser.
Erinn earned a BA in history from University of Virginia and her JD and LLM at University of San Diego School of Law.
