Fernando provides audit, accounting, and advisory services to numerous telecommunications clients for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Fernando has experience assisting clients with initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, and private placements of debt and equity securities. He has also developed expertise in purchase accounting, mergers and acquisitions accounting, and due diligence reviews, having participated in several transactions with both strategic and financial buyers.
