Gunnar Millier

Gunnar is a Senior Manager in the Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures practice at Deloitte. He has nearly 15 years of professional experience in public accounting, primarily focused on financial services, and has spent the last 10 years within the M&A practice. Gunnar has extensive experience helping clients contemplate acquisitions of asset and investment managers, broker-dealers, payments companies (B2B, B2C, & prepaid cards), specialty finance companies, insurance brokers and underwriters, and banking entities.

Gunnar advises clients on buy- and sell-side transactions, strategic initiatives, and corporate development related matters. His primary responsibilities include performing financial and accounting due diligence of businesses, equity and debt securities, loans, real estate, and structured products.
