Matthew Jiggins

Matt is a Partner in our M&A Transaction Services team in Paris and has almost 20 years of Transaction exeprience, both in Paris, where he has been based for the last 15 years, and London where he trained as Chartered Accountant. He is experienced in coordinating and executing complex cross border assignments for both strategic and private equity clients on both the sell-side and buy-side as well as restructuring/refinancing projects.
